Online Therapy

I offer online therapy to adult clients throughout Ireland, the UK and Europe. I use a secure video platform and follow the same professional and ethical standards as in-person counselling. Sessions last 50 minutes and are tailored to your individual needs.

Many people choose online therapy for the convenience of not having to travel to a therapy office. Others enjoy the comfort of being in their own space while talking about their issues. It is accessible and convenient.

I have found online sessions to be deeply connecting and feel great work can be achieved especially with people who are comfortable with using technology in their lives.

Online sessions must take place in private and some time will be given in our first session discussing how this will work best for both of us.

In-Person Therapy

I offer in-person counselling and psychotherapy in my newly renovated room in Burgess GAA Club, KIlcoleman, Co. Tipperary. It is located 3 minutes off Junction 26 on the M7 from Limerick (35 minutes from Limerick City Centre) and 5 minutes from Nenagh.

This beautiful rural location allows for discretion, privacy and confidentiality. There is ample free parking and it is wheelchair accessible.

Many people prefer in person sessions and feel it helps build a closer rapport with their counsellor. Meeting face-to-face creates a focused, dedicated space away from everyday distractions, allowing you to slow down and take the time for you. I want you to feel as comfortable as possible in my room and will do my best to make any accommodations you feel you need.
